All items in the NM Studio store are made to order. Each product is printed or produced individually after your order is placed, which is why we can offer unique, personalized gifts.

Because our products are created just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is the wrong item, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Personalized and custom items (for example, items printed with names, dates, or custom text) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request a return or replacement, contact us through the store's contact page with your order number and photos. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
